Nairobi is beautiful city, actually the only city with a National Park within proximity. Tourists either domestic or international, visiting the Nairobi safari walk can be a good outdoor plan for a weekend or any week day.

Nairobi safari walk is like a Zoo, whereby animals have been constrained on different places for people to view as they walk.

The Animals you expect to see while visiting safari walk include Lions , Cheetah , Rhinoceros , Hippopotamus , Crocodiles ,various species of monkeys , various species of birds , antelopes, Zebras  and many more.

While at Nairobi Safari Walk, you can indulge in activities like Bird watching, walking, photography, game viewing, host a corporate event and any other special event.

The landscaping of the zoo has been properly refined to allow visitors have the best view of all the animals with ease. It’s the best place for Nature walks and a bit of unwinding

If you are planning to visit the zoo, you can either use a Matatu or Taxi from Nairobi CBD. Using a matatu or public means form CBD , kindly board Kiserian matatus number 126/127 or any matatu plying the CBD – Ongata Rongai route and alight and KWS HQ’s. The Nairobi Safari Walk is located along lang’ata road just inside Kenya Wildlife Service Headquarters (KWS). There is also ample parking for those using personal means of transport to the place.

The opening hours for the Zoo is Monday – Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Safari Walk is also open on Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
